    The thing about this song is that it was written to speak to all of us. To all girls. No matter who you are we all know what it feels like when you fall in love with someone that drives you crazy. The frustration. The tears. The denial. And accepting that what you feel is more than confusion. Its like no matter what he puts you through you love him for every inch of It. Good and bad.
    We may not all be miley fans but YouTube this music video. Seeing all the girls' facial expressions will bring tears to your eyes if you know the feeling this song is sent to portray.

    Definitely about nick jonas. Cyrus was also influenced by lavigne's style of music in this song, as it was much more emotional and punk rock. If you look very closely at the video, you will understand that nick's face is in a picture. Although it could be joe jonas too. But recently miley and nick had dated, and they had broken up in such a state that cyrus found it difficult to handle. So it was written all about nick jonas.

    I remember when this song made a world premier on radio disney. I was in my rooom with the radio on. I just had a fight with my mom. Back then I have undiagnosed nld *nonverbal learning disorder* and along with failing math. I was always depressed, nervous, & out of place in my new school due to bullies. I was forced to go to theraphy and almost had to take meds. When I heard this song it made me feel alittle better cuz I knew I was never alone and tht miley cyrus *someone I looked up too* was going through a hard time too. 3 years later I still love miley. Because I see myself in her:)

    me and him used to make up dances and songs and wed make fake tickets and give them to everyone then we'd perform them in their living room to everyone

The necklace she was wearing in the music video, is Nick's Diabetes necklace, and miley showed a pic of him and a guy, the guy was Nick, but you can't see it, because his face has a drawn, but you can really notice nick, because of his curly hair, and that pic she showed, with a guy, was a curly hair, it was totally nick J.

    I think she just can't say the fact that she misses the guy so much, so she say bad things about him to help her get over their previous relationship. And she wants the guy to apologize, which could mean: "i want you back" or "let's just finish this and be friends". She wants it to be too formal, it could be the first reason. In the end, the lines about the 7 things she like about him pop out, which made the message of the song really obvious. It's for nick!

    It's basically exactly like 'Hate That I Love You' by Rihanna. She hates that she's in love with this guy who obviously likes her back, but they aren't in a replationship anymore. So, it's almost like 'Girlfriend' by Avril, too. And this girl seriously needs to learn how to count. Unless, of course, Mley is referring to the seven things she loves about this guy in the song title. Because, she, clearly hates ten thing about him, not seven. Either way, the lyrics should be changed. I have no right to bash on Miley Cyus, or hate her or anything, so I won't comment on the video. For people who like her music, all the more power to you.     This girl is physcic. This song is like it is written exactly from my life, its scary. I liked my guy-friend(previous relationship we shared), he hurt me by saying he liked me as a joke, he txted me an apology(if you txt it, ill delete it), he kinda likes my friend,(you love me, you like her), were ignoring each other(its awkward and silent), he hides up the fact that hes a romantic (yur insecure), hes the class clown, (you make me laugh), and I had such a longing for him at a time that I did cry. And I love his hair and eyes, his old levis.

    I used to really hate this song but after a while I tottaly related to this song. I thought my best guy freind liked me, but he kinda did and he also likes another girl. That's why when boys treats a girl really bad that girl might be able to forgive him, but deep down their always going to have that memory.     I love this song! And by the way crazyveggiegurl if she couldn't write songs than why would she be famous. To be famous you can't just sing. You have to hyave a good song. Do you think she just said here I am I can sing. She had to prove her talent of a good musician by writing a good song. I should know. It's pretty hard to write a song.     I ♥ this song and I am a big fan of Miley. But I don't get how miley can say that she and Nick never dated and then write a song about how she hates him and loves him. It doesn't make sense. And you can totally tell it's about Nick, by the dog tag she wears, which nick wears one because of his diabetes, and that picture she holds of him and her, which she covers up Nick's face.(but you can still tell it's him). This song relates to me a lot and wiyh my previous relationships, and ecpeally one in perticular and sometimes I still think about him and that's why this song means a lot to me!

Call me sensitive but I actually stared crying with mad/rage because I saw the music video on dc and she had a dog tag (like nick jonas's) and in the end she kisses it whitch leads me to belive that she is still all over him and its really gross when shes all over him!     Its a nice song. I could really relate because recently my bf cheats on me it he tolde he never ment to do it. I did have a hard time accepting his apology but in the end I just remebred all the good times we've had together!     I know this may sound cruel to some of the fans. But Miley is lip syncing in basically all of her concerts. I don't get how you guys don't notice. She has no talent. She may be a good influence, she may be nice, she may be hot, but what else? All she has is a hot body. That's all she has. I mean c'mon. Compare her to Haley Williams from the band Paramore. Now that's a real deal. Haley Williams has a strong wicked voice. And she's a really good influence, I'd say a bit better than Miley. I'm not saying this to insult Miley or hurt anyone's feelings.     She found the love of her life. He had secrets (games), which she discovered but did not push her away. He is in a situation, he hid from her. Miley knows he loves her, has some type of unbreakable connection with the other. He has dug a hole he can't climb out of. He made her laugh, and made her cry. She has seen both sides, the one she wants forever, the one which she can't be with b/c of issues that began before she came along. And most importantly, when you find yourself in a situation like this, Cyrus's lyrics are spot on, You hate him because he made you love him, and you like also at the same time like him b/c he made her love him. But, Miley has finally come to the realization, she will always love him but he can never disentangle himself from this former situation. It is a true love story with no happy ending for either.

Well, he has just one point in my book and that's only because he broke Miley's heart. Also, good that he chose Selena over Miley, it's beginning to show that he has some taste in girls. This song is really stupid, because it shows that Cyrus is either unbelievably dumb or has a mind problem (if she even has a mind to have a problem in!). First, she says how much she hates the guy, then she says that he makes her love him and she hates that. Then, she bursts out with some soppy glop about how she loves him and he makes her love him and now she likes that. Do you like him or hate him? Make up your mind, you freak, Cyrus!
